Holistic Lifestyle Transformation is a program designed to easily and comfortably transition from a conventional lifestyle to one including healthy diet, proper exercise, healthy thinking, spiritual practices and the use of natural products and remedies for optimum health. Shopping healthy on a budget is an important step included in this program. These tactics take place gradually, over several weeks so you can learn, practice and implement the information over time.  Daily support is available during the program.

The Raindrop Technique is a method of using Vita Flex reflexology, massage techniques and essential oils on various locations of the body to bring it to structural and electrical alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. It helps align the energy centers of the body and release them if blocked, without using hard pressure or trying to force the body to change. It has been known in many cases to correct scoliosis, commonly known as curvature of the spine. It is used to boost immunity and to speed up recovery from illnesses such as colds and flu as well as to relieve muscle tension, aches, pains, and to relieve emotional and mental stress.

The AromaTouch Technique incorporates simple hand techniques with the power of essential oils to create a powerful whole body wellness experience. It seeks to address four systemic constants that are present in daily life and which may serve as limiting factors in health: stress, immunity, the inflammatory response, and autonomic imbalance.

Reconnective healing reconnects us to the fullness of the Universe as it reconnects us to the fullness of our beings and of who we are. It is considered to be able to reconnect us to our very essence not just through a new set of healing frequencies, but through an entirely new bandwidth. Vedic astrology is several thousand years old and has great potential to help us understand ourselves, others, determine compatibility between two people, to predict the best time to utilize our energies and how to grow and overcome obstacles and behavioral patterns. Through this system we have the ability to delve into many layers of our being and pinpoint traits, when events will occur and how things will affect us. Numerology is beneficial in determining the type of energy being expressed in a name, birthday, address or date. This can be important when choosing a new location, a new name or planning events.

Raindrop Technique or AromaTouch -  $100 for one hour

Raindrop Technique Training - $150 per person (minimum of 4 people - $99 for returning trainees) This is a 6 hour training including the technique and extensive knowledge of essential oils. Each participant will give and receive a raindrop during this course and receive a certificate of completion.

Reconnective Healing - $120 per 45 minute session (1-3 sessions recommended

Spiritual Consultation - $80 per hour

Holistic Nutrition Counseling - $80 per hour

Vedic Astrology and Numerology Classes - $50 per hour (2-3 hours) Great for individuals and groups
